Trapped

This piece is based on the feeling of being "trapped" by reality. The feeling of losing control and wanting to break out of what is happening in life. Feeling like your a cup filled to the brim with tears ready to spill out at a moments notice. I wrote down a promise to myself, who refused to give up. Depression can feel like your drowning, like your in a cell with no exit. Things will get better despite the pain and it is ok to feel them, because to feel them is to heal.
